About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the connector between top talent, trusted suppliers, and leading clients – delivering impactful workforce and project solutions. You will be responsible for both sourcing and matching talent to client assignments, as well as managing project-based requests (SOWs/RFPs) to ensure successful and compliant delivery. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, you will combine talent acquisition expertise with project consulting to create value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Network:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with professionals and suppliers to expand Ework’s network.
• Identify, evaluate, and present the best talent for client opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging skills, and technologies.

Project & SOW Management:

• Lead and manage project requests according to Ework’s “Find & Select Project” methodology.
• Consult and guide clients to create clear, attractive, and compliant RFPs/SOWs.
• Ensure delivery risks are mitigated and establish suitable contractual terms.
• Coordinate supplier notifications, manage Q&A between suppliers and clients, and rank tenders.
• Support compliance and ensure all documentation standards are met.

Client Partnership & Solutions:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on both talent and project needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and transparency throughout the sourcing and project process.
• Continuously improve processes, templates, and ways of working to maximize efficiency and value.

Who You Are

• A communicative and collaborative professional with strong relationship-building skills.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about both talent markets and client needs.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and love creating value for clients and talent alike.

We’re looking for someone with:

· 5+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing at the Belgian market.

· A background in client-facing roles and familiarity with ATS or VMS systems.

· Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).
