Product Owner - MAWM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner with deep expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to lead functional oversight, configuration management, and change implementation for a major distribution center (DC) in Belgium. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the business, warehouse operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of WMS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary owner of the MAWM product backlog , prioritizing business needs and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (including DC operations teams) to gather, define, and document requirements.
• Manage MAWM configurations and support functional changes based on business evolution or process optimization.
• Liaise with technical teams, solution architects, and external vendors to ensure aligned delivery of system updates and upgrades.
• Own the end-to-end change lifecycle including UAT, deployment coordination, and post-deployment validation.
• Serve as the local expert for MAWM, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding system capabilities and impacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience with Manhattan Active WM, including strong configuration knowledge.
• Proven experience in a Product Owner or Functional Consultant role within a WMS or SCM environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, ideally in a retail or 3PL context.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Solid experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work closely with on-site DC stakeholders , operations staff, and international IT teams.
