Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on QA & Support Analyst with experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to support an ongoing implementation and production environment for a large distribution center in Belgium. This role will focus on quality assurance, functional validation, incident resolution, and ongoing application support—serving as a key link between warehouse operations, business users, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end functional testing on MAWM configurations, enhancements, and integrations before deployment.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and regression suites tailored to WMS workflows.
- Support production issues by analyzing, triaging, and working with the appropriate teams (internal and vendor) to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor application health, interface errors, and batch jobs in MAWM and related systems.
- Collaborate closely with on-site warehouse users to understand pain points and test real-world scenarios.
- Participate in UAT sessions , cutover activities, and hypercare phases post-deployment.
- Maintain documentation of test results, known issues, and support guides.
- Communicate effectively with global support and development teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in QA, application support, or functional testing, with at least 1–2 years in Manhattan Active WM or other Manhattan WMS products.
- Strong understanding of WMS functions such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment, Inventory Management, and Shipping.
- Experience working in onsite warehouse/DC environments alongside business and operations users.
- Proficiency in testing tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, ALM).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues under time pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
