Short summary The College of Europe is looking for an analytical and enthusiastic ICT Officer - Functional Analyst (100% FTE), with a passion for processes and a healthy interest in technology, to join the ICT Office on the Bruges campus as soon as possible. The role Based in Bruges, the ICT Officer - Functional Analyst will work under the direct supervision of the Director ICT Office and assume a key role in the further digitalisation of the College's operations. The ICT Officer translates user needs into smart solutions, collaborates on the development of a new CRM system and contributes to the modernisation of the Student Information System (SIS). The main duties and responsibilities of the ICT Officer - Functional Analyst: You work closely together with the ICT architect and are jointly responsible for the design, configuration and support of the new CRM system; You play a central role in the modernisation of the Student Information System (SIS); You analyse needs of internal stakeholders and key-users, and translate them into clear functional requirements and technical specifications; You help think about process optimisation and take the initiative to improve existing working methods; You guide changes among end-users: you listen, explain, support and make sure everyone is on board; You consult with external suppliers, follow up on implementations and monitor the quality of services provided; You work with colleagues from different teams and always keep an eye on integration with other systems within the College; You support projects from A to Z: analysis, planning, testing, implementation and follow-up.
