Test plan creation:
Define the scope of the test project
Perform risk analysis related to testing
Determine test strategy (stakeholders — who, test levels — when, quality attributes — what)
Define test clusters
Develop the test approach (RRBT: Risk Requirements Based Testing)
Specify test environment and infrastructure
Set up the test organisation
Create the test schedule
Validate acceptance criteria
Test preparation and analysis:
Prepare test activities and analyses based on requirements and functional analysis
Execute tests, possibly together with testers from the operations organisation for system and acceptance tests
Perform (re)tests
Log defects
Check and analyse test results
Assess and report findings
Validate requirements and functional design
Create test cases, including test data and test scripts
Guide and support testers
Coordination of test execution
Track progress of the test plan
Explain test activities to testers and follow up on these activities
Ensure activities proceed according to agreed quality and quantity standards
Report on test progress, including coverage and defect counts

A1 or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent by experience in a similar role:
Minimum 10 years' experience as a test analyst on Mainframe environments
Experience with functional testing
Experience in the insurance sector, preferably in life insurance
Experience with a test management tool, preferably Zephyr
Experience with defect management tools, preferably Jira
Strong communication skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
