The IT Business Solution Specialist will provide operational support for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing Business Solution systems to ensure optimal efficiency. This role involves active participation in daily operations and critical evaluation of processes to identify and implement potential improvements across multiple Eurofit plants.

Key result area 1: Incident management

• Serve as the first point of contact for incidents and coordinate response plans and corrective measures

• Directly address and resolve faults

• Redirect major issues to software service providers

• Act as an interface between in-house users and software service providers

Key result area 2: System improvement

• Assist in decision making for system customization

• Support IT and plant managers in project execution

• Develop current state analysis of plant processes

• Provide guidance on solving business problems with standardized solutions

• Develop and maintain documentation and training manuals

Key result area 3: Support

• Manage and promote best practices and procedures

• Serve as the point of contact for both in-house users and external software distributors and service providers

• Support in-house users across a wide range of functional matters

• Identify and address training needs

• Conduct proactive analysis and propose potential improvements in systems and processes

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent through experience

• ITIL certification or 5 years of experience in an IT organization

• Understanding of ERP and EDI standards

• Understanding of the different aspects within IT

• Broad knowledge of supply chain (automotive) processes

• Knowledge of the following applications and systems: JIT/JIS, EDI, ERP, WMS, MES

• Change management

• Communication & policy reinforcement

• Supplier management

• Fluent in English. Dutch, French, Spanish and German are a plus
