Eurocord, the European industrial association for rope, net, and twine manufacturers, is seeking an Executive & Office Assistant to support the Managing Director and contribute to the operations of the association.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to both administrative tasks and the overall success of Eurocord.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Assist with organizing logistics for meetings and events.
- Coordinate communication with members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, emails, and tracking expenses.
- Support the preparation and execution of key Eurocord initiatives and projects.
Ideal Profile:
- Relevant administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus).
- Proficiency with office tools and strong general informatics skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willing to travel for work when necessary.
What We Offer:
- Part-time: 4 days/week
- Hybrid work: Remote with 1–2 office days per week (typically Wednesday & Thursday).
- Trial period: 120 hours to assess fit, with the potential for a full-time contract.
