Job Opportunity: Security Analyst – Data Governance Tribe (CISO Division)

Location: Brussels, Belgium | Hybrid Work model 8 days per month in the office

About the Role

As a Security Analyst in the Data Governance Tribe, you will help shape and carry out our cybersecurity standards, contribute to developing new security policies, and ensure our data protection systems are resilient, inclusive, and future-ready. You’ll collaborate closely with internal Audit, Risk, and Business units to maintain a safe and secure digital ecosystem.

Your Mission

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert analysis and support for security architecture, operations, and controls
• Evaluate and improve data protection technologies and governance frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and participate in investigations, forensic analysis, and incident responses
• Design and implement security monitoring solutions and data loss prevention strategies
• Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless integration of security into new technologies and projects
• Support the evolution of cloud and email security solutions

What You Bring

We’re looking for a blend of skills and experience. If you have some or all of the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• Solid understanding of infrastructure or application security domains
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure Information Protection, or similar tools
• Knowledge of McAfee ePO, endpoint protection, secure email gateways, CASB/DLP tools, and SIEM solutions
• Technical knowledge in networking, system administration (Windows, Active Directory), and vulnerability assessment
• Comfort with scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with standards like CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001/02, SOX, NIST, GDPR

As a global critical financial infrastructure, the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the companys’ business. Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company. You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in charge of putting in place the required controls to adequately and effectively protect our information assets.
