Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee electrical construction activities on a chemical industrial project in Erus GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of electrical works in alignment with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities on site.

Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture.

Conduct daily safety audits, toolbox talks, and field observations.

Collaborate closely with the project quality department to implement and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Issue daily discipline-specific reports covering safety, quality, contractor performance, and schedule impacts.

Monitor contractor resources, equipment, and progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Engage positively with field teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical construction supervision within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.

Strong familiarity with the EU region and local construction practices.

Fully English and Dutch is plus

Valid ATEX + VCA VOL certification.

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Candidates must have a valid work permit for Belgium. ERUS does not provide work permit sponsorship for this position.
