🚧 Project Manager – Prestigious European Project (Belgium-Antwerp)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a valid EU residence or work permit to join our team for a high-profile project in Belgium.

This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in national and international infrastructure, industrial facilities, and high-tech buildings, who can manage MEP, infrastructure, and superstructure components in an integrated way and take both technical and financial responsibility.

🔸 Required Technical and Managerial Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering,
• EPC contractor experience
• Preferably PMP certified, with proven ability to implement project management methodologies on site,
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, progress payments, and cash flow management,
• Familiarity with FIDIC or NEC contract structures, capable of aligning technical progress with financial control,
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, BMS, HVAC, power systems, automation, and infrastructure integration processes,
• Demonstrated ability to manage site execution, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple disciplines,
• Excellent planning, leadership, and coordination skills,
• VCA vol certificate
• Fluent in English,
• Valid EU work or residence permit.
