We are looking for a scrum master to start ASAP for at least 6 months, with possible extensions. Gent environment.
Responsibilities:
responsible for implementing the scrum way of working
manage multiple teams
coordinate and develop the agile mindset
you are the link between product owners, project managers and scrum teams
Experience & Competencies
senior in scrum and agile working
experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce
flexible mindset
proactive
stress-resistant, able to cope with multiple projects
Dutch mother tongue and English
Offer:
Temporary assignment of 6 months with potential extensions.
Possibility to work remote for 3 days as week
