Product Marketing Manager


Hybrid Work Model | Full-time (also open for freelence)

Are you ready to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven team shaping the future of media and HR tech? We’re looking for 2 experienced Account Managers and 3 creative Product Marketers to join us. If you thrive on impact, innovation, and collaboration, we’d love to meet you.



What you’ll do:

As a Media Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner clients trust. You'll:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients as their main point of contact, ensuring strong, trusted relationships.
  • Develop and present impactful media and communication strategies (digital and traditional).
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—on time, on budget, and on point.
  • Collaborate across teams and external partners to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure account profitability and performance through smart resource and process management.
  • Stay ahead of trends, advising clients with fresh insights.


What you bring:

  • Master's in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or agency work.
  • Bilingual in Dutch/French and fluent in English.
  • Confident presenter with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative with a strategic mindset.



What you’ll do: Product Marketer (3 positions)

Join our Reward Flex team a bold new HR product changing the way employees experience their benefits.

As a Product Marketer, you’ll:

  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Reward Flex.
  • Develop compelling messaging that translates product features into user value.
  • Enable Sales and Marketing teams with tools, narratives, and content.
  • Work cross-functionally to align product, marketing, and commercial efforts.
  • Craft engaging content from landing pages to pitch decks.


What you bring:

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or benefits platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and go-to-market experience.
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
  • Curious, collaborative, assertive, comfortable with innovation.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree or experience
