Responsibilities:

In this dual role, you’ll act as a vital link between product innovation and client engagement.

As a Product Marketeer, you will:

• Translate advanced mobility products into compelling customer benefits—making complex offerings clear, relevant, and attractive.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop positioning and messaging that truly resonates.
• Craft go-to-market strategies that connect client needs with the advantages of services like flexible leasing solutions, mobility budgets, and integrated fleet tools.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of client satisfaction by analyzing NPS results and spotting improvement opportunities.
• Keep a strategic overview of recurring feedback and complaints, transforming insights into actionable enhancements.
• Lead initiatives such as dealer think tanks to maintain strong relationships with key partners and continuously improve support touchpoints.

Experience & Competences:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer experience, or related roles within a service-driven or mobility-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn facts into stories that speak to customer needs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive and curious mindset—you take initiative, embrace change, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a passion for continuously improving the customer journey.
