Job Title: Freelance SAP HR Business Analyst (1 Day On-Site – Brussels)

Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance SAP HR Business Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives, with a focus on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors. The role requires 1 day per week on-site in Brussels, with the rest of the work conducted remotely. Ideal for a consultant with strong HR functional knowledge and the ability to bridge business and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document HR business requirements
• Analyze current HR processes and suggest SAP-based improvements
• Liaise between HR teams and SAP technical consultants
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation
• Conduct workshops and provide user training as needed

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes (PA, OM, PY, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available to work on-site in Brussels 1 day per week
• Freelance availability and immediate start preferred
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus
