About ENTSO-E
ENTSO-E is the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity. We coordinate the cross-border system operations, system development and electricity market activities of the 40 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) which cover 36 countries. The ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels provides support on technical, market and policy developments for all European TSOs in their cooperation with each other, in their joint fulfilment of their legal mandates, and in the intensive interactions with EU decision-makers, regulatory agencies, associations representing network users and other stakeholders.

Job description
We are looking for a highly professional and skilled Infrastructure Specialist, passionate about delivering stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure services. Do you have strong technical expertise in Microsoft-centric environments and virtualization, combined with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills? Are you ready to work in a dynamic international organisation supporting both day-to-day IT operations and strategic infrastructure projects? If yes, ENTSO-E is the right place for you.
As a Infrastructure Specialist at ENTSO-E, you will maintain, optimize, and support the internal core IT systems, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint devices, primarily within a Microsoft environment. You will contribute to the resilience and performance of IT services by ensuring infrastructure stability, security, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will work in the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels in the ICT section, reporting directly to the IT Internal Services Manager.
You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work to support a good work-life balance.
