Senior SAP BW / Datasphere Consultant

A leading global manufacturing company in Mechelen is looking for a Senior SAP BW / Datasphere Consultant to join their growing team.

You’ll play a key role in transforming business needs into powerful data models, designing dashboards and stories, and supporting the delivery of SAP data streams within a major S/4 project.

This is an English-speaking role and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate already in Belgium.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business analysis to capture company-wide goals, challenges, and requirements
• Drive the full development cycle: ETL processes, data models, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories
• Define and implement best-practice policies for data collection and analysis
• Manage SAP data projects end-to-end (requirements, SIT, UAT, go-live)
• Collaborate with and challenge external SAP partners on solution design & data governance
• Monitor analytics and system usage, optimising performance and efficiency
• Train key users to maximise adoption and effective system use
• Ensure smooth change management with proper documentation and controls

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with SAP Datasphere and /or BW/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud), SAP Analytics Cloud
