Service Operations Manager – BeLux

Endress+Hauser BeLux ((located in Evere, 1140 Brussels) is looking for a people-focused Service Operations Manager to lead a team of Service Engineers, Technicians & Coordinators.

This is a leadership role with impact in a stable, growing, family-owned industrial group, combining people management, service operations, planning excellence and digital transformation in after-sales & field service.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 16 Technicians, Field Service Engineers and Service Coordinators.
• Report into the Service Manager of Endress+Hauser Benelux.
• Coach and develop people; build trust, routines and structure in daily operations.
• Ensure efficient planning and follow-up of calibrations, maintenance and commissioning.
• Handle escalations and secure fast, pragmatic solutions for customers.
• Drive Service 4.0: data-enabled, Salesforce-driven processes and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen collaboration with the Service Manager, HR, Sales and Product Management.
• Support onboarding and integration of new colleagues into the service organization.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership / people management in service or after-sales, managing technicians/planners.
• Strong people manager; decisive and hands-on in solving problems.
• Structured and process-oriented; improves planning and coordination.
• Fluent Dutch; good French and English.
• Technical affinity; comfortable with digital / service tools (e.g. Salesforce).
