We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major greenfield program for a global end client. This is a business-critical transformation initiative covering multiple regions and business units, with high visibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle of the D365 F&O reimplementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope
- Lead cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, external consultants, technical teams, and vendors
- Own project governance, resource planning, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and executive reporting
- Coordinate across workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Data Migration
- Drive stakeholder alignment and manage business expectations across global regions
- Track project KPIs and ensure alignment with business transformation goals
- Facilitate workshops, steerco meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions
- Ensure compliance with global standards, localization needs, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in D365 F&O
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-country, multi-phase ERP programs
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
