Senior Salesforce Leader


Our client is a fast-growing CRM and digital consulting firm entering an exciting new phase of expansion. They're looking for a commercially driven senior leader who can shape strategy, win high-value deals, and deliver complex CRM transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients.

In this role, you'll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership—driving growth, guiding talented consulting teams, and ensuring exceptional delivery for clients.

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients

  • Define CRM strategies and lead full lifecycle transformation projects

  • Mentor and inspire high-performing consulting teams

  • Manage the commercial pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation to project delivery

  • Represent the firm at events, in marketing campaigns, and through thought leadership

  • Play a key role in shaping the firm's strategic direction and operational priorities

Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in CRM consulting, digital transformation, or business development

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms

  • Proven track record of winning and managing major accounts

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach

  • Fluent English; Dutch or French is a strong plus

  • Understanding of the Benelux consulting market
