Product Manager - Simulation Software

Elsyca is looking for a driven Product Managers to own and grow product portfolios within our business units. This role sits at the heart of our digital transformation mission , shaping advanced simulation solutions used in the energy, electronics, and surface finishing industries .

What You'll do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of advanced simulation software
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and partners to translate market needs into product direction
• Drive product planning and differentiation in a competitive, high-tech market
• Work closely with development teams on prioritization, specifications, timelines, and cost estimates
• Define clear product requirements and evaluate feature and enhancement requests
• Ensure high product quality through structured testing and validation
• Support go-to-market activities , including product positioning, demos, webinars, and technical content
• Act as a product expert in pre-sales, customer meetings, and industry events
• Represent Elsyca at international exhibitions and conferences
• Travel: approx. 25%, including international trips

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold an MS or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Are fluent in English and comfortable working in international teams
• Have a strong grasp of software product development and feature specification
• Can translate business needs into actionable development plans
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Are organized, proactive, resilient, and enjoy owning outcomes
• Bring a collaborative, team-first mindset
