Manager - Product Manager


Product Manager – owner of the product roadmap, responsible for shaping product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations via exceptional software products Starting Date: Immediately upon Selection Reporting to: Director of Product Operations Employment: Full-time Elsyca is seeking two highly motivated Product Managers to lead the product portfolios within its business units. As a Product Manager, you own the product strategy related to your product line. This will be achieved by developing roadmaps that deliver competitive differentiation and support strategic revenue goals by collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, and software development teams. You coordinate software development prioritization, define specifications, and manage development cost estimates. You gain in-depth knowledge of your product portfolio to educate the broader organization on unique selling points and empower the sales team. Drive product strategy, product planning & product marketing activities for a designated portfolio of products within Elsyca. Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and channel partners to stay informed about market needs and influence the product roadmap. Play a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure differentiation from competitors in the marketplace. Partner with Development teams to create realistic project plans and development schedules. Ensure comprehensive testing is conducted to maintain product quality standards. Conduct research and provide insights into evolving market trends and needs, translating findings into actionable product requirements. Contribute to technical white papers, application notes, product positioning presentations, and webinars as part of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Enable Sales and Support teams by delivering product demos and introducing new software functionality. 25%, including to international destinations. D. in Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluent in English. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex ideas or scenarios to diverse stakeholders, including software developers, support teams, business directors, executives, and customers. Strong understanding of the software development process, including defining feature specifications and designing software products. Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans. Demonstrated success in collaborating with international colleagues to align global teams and objectives effectively.
