Elisabetta Franchi company is looking for 1 store manager for your own Boutique in Bruxelles -Belgio

The resource will have to deal with the following activities:

Management of the point of sale in order to achieve economic results
Monitoring of the main KPIs to monitor the performance of the store
Coordination and management of staff and shifts
Staff training
Understanding and satisfying customer needs
Visual merchandising and window dressing activities in order to guarantee high quality standards
Cash management
Warehouse management, inventories and replenishments
Order and arrangement of the point of sale
Weekly reporting
