Description:

Join Eliksir as our third co-founder to take the product from Zero (point five) → One and beyond. We're building an
AI Lab Assistant
for clinical biology labs: rule-based + LLM reasoning today; a defensible, data-driven engine tomorrow. Short-term you'll help shape the biomarker interpretation logic and design a
retrospective proof-of-value
study; mid-term you'll co-lead the path toward
clinical investigation
and proprietary models.

You'll work closely with Max (pharmacist, longevity nerd) and Yannick (entrepreneurial full-stack/LLM builder). Business model is B2B2D (payer ≠ end-user); pilots and grant in the pipeline.

Requirements:

• Hands-on
  : strong data science fundamentals; comfortable shipping code.
• LLM + rules
  : Experience applying LLMs to structured domains (prompting, RAG/vector DBs, evaluation) and translating domain logic into robust rule engines.
• Classical ML
  : trees/boosting, clustering, time-series basics; can baseline and iterate as data grows.
• Clinical rigor
  : Able to
  co-author a proof-of-value protocol
  (objectives, endpoints, inclusion/exclusion, stats plan) and later help shape clinical investigation design.
• Health data fluency
  : GDPR, de-identification, data governance; familiarity with lab data formats (CSV/HL7/FHIR) and basic QA for real-world data.
• Domain curiosity
  : Biomarkers, preventive/longevity medicine; comfortable reading papers and turning evidence into product logic.
• Infra
  : Comfortable shipping on modern cloud (Azure preferred), CI/CD, versioned data/experiments.
• Bonus points:
  Prior work with UK Biobank/MIMIC/NHANES; stats for clinical validation; exposure to MDR/SaMD; grant writing or publications.
• Practicalities
  : EU-based.
