We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a key role within our Human Resources team. As the Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, you will be a primary driver of our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs while also managing a wide range of HR generalist functions. You will ensure our C&B strategies are competitive and equitable, manage core HR operations, and act as a trusted partner to employees and managers. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, in-depth C&B knowledge, and a hands-on approach to supporting the full employee lifecycle. Main Duties And Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for leading key C&B initiatives and providing comprehensive support across various HR functions: Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations Manage and execute the annual compensation review cycle, including salary increases and bonus payouts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Support the company's participation in C&B market surveys, including data submission, analysis of results, and presenting findings to recommend adjustments to our compensation structures. Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness. Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, retirement plans), serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, and manage relationships with benefits vendors. Process and review monthly payroll data (locations outside of Hong Kong) to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations. HRIS & Data Reporting Support the implementation of HRIS Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all employee data within the HRIS through regular audits and data maintenance. Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., monthly headcount, employee turnover, C&B analysis) to support HR and business decision-making. Act as a key user for the HRIS, supporting system updates, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Prepare and consolidate data requirement for annual ESG reports. Support all kinds of global data reporting including but not limited to data request for annual reports, annual audit, investor relationship, ESG, Sustainability Key primary admin user to manage the reporting and data maintenance of ESOP platform Others Support ad hoc project as assigned by manager such as HRBP related, others. Qualifications And Requirements C&B Knowledge: Solid understanding of compensation principles, market survey methodologies, benefits administration, and related local regulations. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze HR and compensation data to provide sound recommendations. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with HRIS or other HR software. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Communication Skills: Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different functions and team members.
