PMO Manager


Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Hong Kong SAR, allows for a mix of in-office and remote work. The PMO Manager/PMO Director will oversee and coordinate cross-functional programs, manage project portfolios, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes. Responsibilities include resource management, monitoring project performance, aligning projects with organizational goals, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management techniques with demonstrated success in executing complex initiatives.
Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Resource Management to optimize operational efficiencies and allocate resources effectively.
Experience in Project Portfolio Management, ensuring alignment of projects with organizational strategy and objectives.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a drive for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Prior experience in environmental advocacy or related fields is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant discipline. Advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
