Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager, located in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves overseeing financial planning and strategy, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving overall financial health and compliance. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to set and achieve financial goals, monitor budgets, and implement effective financial controls.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Financial Planning and strategic financial management
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and generating Financial Reports
Exceptional Analytical Skills and an in-depth understanding of finance principles
Proven ability to oversee and enhance financial processes for efficiency and compliance
Experience managing budgets and implementing financial controls
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
Experience in a leadership finance role, with exposure to strategic decision-making
