CFO - Industrial Services

We are supporting a PE‐backed industrial services group in the construction sector that is entering a new phase of professionalisation and integration following strong growth and several acquisitions.

The company is looking to appoint a CFO who will strengthen financial governance, lead the finance organisation, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and shareholders.

Profile:

• Experience in multi‐entity or buy‐and‐build environments
• Strong financial leadership across reporting, cash management, and governance
• Hands‐on, structured, and able to work closely with operational teams
• Effective communicator with PE stakeholders
• Based in Belgium (multi‐site environment)
