R&D Director | Energy Tech company

For a fast-growing, international tech company active in sustainable energy management and smart charging solutions, we are looking for an R&D Director. The company combines robust hardware with strong software capabilities to accelerate the energy transition and is scaling rapidly across Europe.

As R&D Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of 35 engineers and experts. You are responsible for shaping and executing the R&D roadmap, ensuring a seamless integration of hardware and software. The role requires a strong balance between strategic direction and hands-on leadership.

Profile:

- R&D leadership experience in a high-tech or industrial environment (both hardware and (embedded) software experience is of the essence).

- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and product development.

- Fluency in Dutch is required.
