Central & Eastern Europe
, we are looking for a
Regional Sales Manager CEE
to join our international commercial team.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EVERLAM's
regional sales strategy
across Central & Eastern Europe - Manage and grow relationships with
architectural glass processors, façade contractors, and key decision-makers - Drive project-based sales for
façade, window, and structural glazing applications - Identify new business opportunities and support key customer projects from specification to execution
- Closely collaborate with
marketing, technical, and operations teams - Represent EVERLAM at
customer visits, industry events, and trade fairs - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional pricing dynamics
- Report directly to the Global Head of Sales & Marketing
Your Profile
- Advanced-level Polish
(native or near-native proficiency required) - Very good English
(spoken and written) - Any
additional EU language
is a strong plus - Minimum 5 years of experience
in: - Architectural glass
and/or - PVB interlayers / laminated glass solutions
- Solid understanding of the
architectural glazing value chain - Proven track record in B2B sales
within an international or regional scope - Willingness to travel
at least 50% of the time
across the CEE region - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working autonomously
