ICT Business Analist


About the Role
We are actively seeking Business Analysts (Junior, Medior, and Senior) to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing requirements, and guiding teams toward efficient, high-impact solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the central liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and communication skills will help drive informed decisions and support continuous improvement across projects and departments.
Your Key Responsibilities
Observe, analyze, and document business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather, challenge, and prioritize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate complex needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development and project teams.
Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide recommendations to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
Support project managers and product owners in aligning solutions with the organizational roadmap.
Facilitate workshops, user acceptance tests (UAT), and continuous feedback loops.
Your Profile
Experience
Junior: 0–3 years of experience in a support or coordination role within business or IT projects.
Medior: 3–7 years of experience conducting business analyses, requirements gathering, or digital transformation projects.
Senior: 7+ years of experience leading or advising on complex business and IT initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is an asset, but not mandatory.
Certifications such as Agile/Scrum, BPMN, or CBAP are considered a plus.
Languages
Minimum C1 level in both Dutch and English is required.
French is a strong asset.
