Sales Executive - Antwerp


Our client is a fast-growing, well-backed FinTech scale-up transforming how businesses manage international payments and FX. Processing over €1.4 billion in cross-border transactions each month for 10,000+ clients. Now expanding in Belgium, they are looking to broaden their sales team are looking to hire Sales Executives at various levels.


As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth in Belgium. This is a hunter-style role focused on acquiring new SME and mid-market clients through outbound prospecting, client meetings, and strong relationship building. You’ll leverage a cutting-edge platform to help companies simplify cross-border payments and foreign exchange risk management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Belgian market
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, product demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term value creation
  • Educate businesses on how the platform simplifies cross-border payments and FX risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, onboarding, account management) to ensure client success
  • Track sales performance and pipeline in CRM, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B, financial services, SaaS, or FX/Payments is a plus)
  • Holds a degree (BA, Finance, or Accountancy preferable)
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Hands on outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Hunter mentality - proactive, resilient, and results-driven
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a bonus)
