You work closely with project teams and sales administration in a structured environment where your proactive mindset truly matters. Your work location on-site, collaborating with project leads and administration teams Your Equans base Brussels Zoom on the job follow up on cash collection and accounts receivable for your client portfolio contact clients by phone and email to resolve payment issues collaborate with project leads and sales administration to handle invoicing questions keep customer files up to date with accurate contact details send reminders and notices of default, and prepare legal files in cooperation with our legal team assess customer creditworthiness (using Dun & Bradstreet) and identify financial risks monitor doubtful debt provisions and manage bankruptcy files maintain clear client account balances through active reconciliation and variance analysis contribute to ad hoc tasks and act as a backup for absent colleagues Come as you are, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or proven experience in a similar role strong skills in Microsoft Excel knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus ability to follow processes carefully and work in a structured, organised way excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, spoken and written Want to tackle tomorrow’s multi-technical challenges with us?
