Tender Engineer | Lighting

As part of Equans Carbon Shift , we’re looking for a Tender Engineer who’s eager to grow in a meaningful role where eco-logic, creativity, and passion come together to make a difference.

Your work location : our Equans site in Drogenbos

As Tender Engineer, you’ll play a key role in how we serve our clients — turning technical lighting requests into clear, competitive, and tailor-made proposals. You’ll also contribute to our communication towards customers, helping us stay close and responsive in a fast-paced market.

What you’ll do:

• analyze client needs and translate them into accurate and appealing offers
• ensure follow-up of outstanding offers and maintain a clear overview
• work closely with our sales team, engineering department, and product managers
• contribute to customer communications via social media and mailings (depending on your interest and skillset)

You don’t need to be a lighting expert from day one — we’ll teach you that. What matters most is your mindset: curious, hands-on, structured, and aligned with our values.

Your skills and mindset:

• experience in the lighting or construction sector is a plus — but not required
• excellent interpersonal skills
• strong team player, easy to connect with others
• solution-oriented and resilient under pressure
• punctual, structured, and IT-savvy
• eager to learn and grow in a technical-commercial role
• fluent in French and Dutch; good English is a plus
