Junior Procurement Support (SAP)

Kronos by EPSA is a Belgian consulting company specialized in procurement and performance improvement. We support major clients in their digital and operational transformation projects.

For one of our clients, who has recently implemented SAP for Procurement, we are looking for a young graduate to support the follow-up of internal training programs.

🎯 Your mission

You will support the rollout and follow-up of SAP Procurement training within the organization:

• Monitor and follow up on training programs
• Coordinate and support internal training arrangements
• Act as a point of contact for training-related topics
• Support project stakeholders during the post-implementation phase
• Help ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP Procurement tools

👤 Profile requirements

• Master’s degree (young graduate, up to 2 years of experience)
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English (French is not required)
• Background in Procurement, Business Analysis, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Finance
• Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a project environment

📍 Practical information

• Location: Mechelen (1–2 days per week onsite, remaining days remote)
• Initial project of 3 months, with possible extension for another 3 months
• Start: ASAP
