Partner Success Manager


We are Hiring: Partner Success Manager (Freelance, Full-Time, EU base)

Location: Remote (EU hours: 9 am – 5 pm)

Start: ASAP

Do you excel at turning plans into action and keeping projects moving smoothly?

We're looking for a Partner Success Manager
to help onboard new partners, coordinate activation plans, and ensure ongoing collaboration runs effectively. You'll work cross-functionally, bringing structure and follow-through to each stage of the partner journey—so our partners are supported and set up for long-term success.

[Responsibilities]

Partner Relations Support

  • Set up and manage documentation for partner agreement renewals
  • Flag upcoming renewals to the Partner Relations Manager
  • Support the Partner Relations Manager with contracting and renewals (as back-up)
  • Respond to partner inquiries related to events
  • Follow up on open invoices
  • Organize pre-event dinners

Partner Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process
  • Maintain the agreement tracker with partnership type, agreement details, and key contacts (marketing, training, decision-making)

Partner Activation

  • Develop and manage activation plans with Partner Relations Manager for all partners
  • Coordinate internal team members involved in activation efforts
  • Ensure delivery of agreed activities (e.g. webinars, trainings, content, surve
    ys)

Partner Webinars & Campaigns

  • Plan and run partner webinars
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote webinars
  • Maintain the partner portal and upload webinar recordings to EPP Prime

You will work closely with and provide direct support to the Partner Relations Manager across these responsibilities.

[Requirements]

  • Strong planning skills; able to translate partnership goals into actionable plans and timelines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing tasks and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting external partnerships, program delivery, or partner enablement
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work 9:00–17:00 CET hours
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Europe for events
