Why this role matters
As a Customer Manager (Dutch Speakng) , you join our Services & Support team for Belgium and play a key role in customer success. You are much more than an implementer: you are a trusted partner, helping customers structure their reporting, adopt the solution successfully and continuously improve how they manage their business.
You combine finance expertise, analytical thinking and customer orientation in a role with real impact on both customer satisfaction and company growth.
Your mission
You guide customers through the implementation and evolution of EMAsphere, helping them get the most value from the platform.
You work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success.

About you
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management reporting or a related field.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in implementing financial software, management control, reporting or financial analysis.
✔ Fluent in Dutch and English.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical mindset.
✔ Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
✔ Curious, eager to learn and driven by continuous improvement.
✔ Customer-oriented, team player, but also able to work autonomously.
✔ A genuine interest in technology and digital tools.
