Operational resilience and risk management specialist


Within AXA Partners, the Truck & Trailer Division plays a crucial role in supporting international mobility. EBTS coordinates 24/7 technical and tire assistance for trucks throughout Europe, using advanced IT platforms, call centers, and an extensive network of partners.
In a context of strong growth, digitization, and increased regulation (including EU DORA), operational resilience is essential.
That is why a new strategic position is being created: Operational Resilience & Risk Management Specialist.
Position
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Operational Resilience & Business Continuity framework within the Truck & Trailer Division.
You will report to the Secretary General and work closely with IT, operations, and international stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing and maintaining Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk analyses.
Developing, implementing, and testing Business Continuity and Incident Management plans.
Coordinating BCM tests and crisis exercises and translating lessons learned into process improvements.
Monitoring and applying relevant standards and regulations such as ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and EU DORA.
Advising on incidents and crisis situations (including cyber, IT outages, physical incidents) and determining which plans and stakeholders to activate.
Managing physical security (approximately 20% of the role), including access control, badges, and camera surveillance at the Hasselt site.
Collaborating with IT on system continuity management and tools such as RiskConnect.
Profile
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management, preferably in a regulated environment.
You have an analytical mindset and know how to not only design processes, but also make them work effectively.
Knowledge of ISO standards and risk frameworks is essential; experience with IT or engineering environments is a strong plus.
You remain calm and decisive in crisis situations and can take responsibility.
You communicate fluently with various stakeholders and can provide awareness and training.
Languages: excellent knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Spanish is a plus
