We’re on the lookout for a proactive CRM Project Manager to help lead key market projects, manage complex cross-departmental initiatives, and drive strategic alignment as the energy landscape continues to evolve. You’ll directly support national Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM) initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance for the upcoming delivery periods.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead CRM-related projects and support preparations for upcoming CRM delivery periods (2025–2026 and beyond)
  • Coordinate prequalification processes for CRM auctions, ensuring accurate documentation, financial security requests, and timely submission
  • Develop methodologies for availability monitoring, testing, and outage planning
  • Oversee updates to back-office procedures and support IT & optimization system integrations aligned with CRM requirements
  • Analyze regulatory and contractual changes, collaborating with internal teams to assess operational impacts and ensure smooth implementation
  • Manage projects involving energy-constrained assets like batteries and wind farms, ensuring strategic alignment with evolving market design rules


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Economics, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector
  • Strong interest in electricity markets, gas markets, and energy market mechanisms
  • Prior knowledge of the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM) is a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrated skills in project management and cross-functional coordination
  • Fluent in French/English or Dutch/English
