The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Transaction Manager who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and lead capital transactions from start to finish. You’ll be central to how deals get done — structuring, coordinating, problem-solving, and closing. You’ll work directly with our Founder and investors, learn how to think like a capital allocator, and gain deep exposure across legal, financial, and operational strategy.

And yes — there will be travel, discovery, and big-picture thinking.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Live Transactions: Handle execution from first discussions through to deal closing — across equity, debt, secondaries, and special situations.
• Be a Deal Architect: Support sourcing, structuring and negotiation of terms, drawing from your understanding of capital markets and creativity in solving for risk.
• Lead Due Diligence: Coordinate all moving parts — legal, tax, technical — working closely with internal teams and third-party advisors.
• Document + Organize: Own transaction documentation (NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, JVAs, etc.) and ensure compliance at every stage.
• Think Like a Founder: Help build internal processes, refine strategy, and contribute ideas as we evolve the platform.
• Travel and Build Relationships: Join our Founder and Partners in meetings across Europe — building long-term, meaningful partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, technology, development, M+A or transactions; or a similar high-impact private capital markets environment.
• Strong knowledge of transaction structures, operational real estate, legal processes, and financial modeling (or the drive to learn).
• Someone who will help me shape our future by truly integrating finance, technology, and proptech — and by that, we don’t mean someone who can explain excel goal-seeks to us.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a flexible, solutions-first attitude — no task too small, no challenge too big.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in spoken and written English a must + other European languages (FR/NL or DE).

Based in Belgium or open to travel, with some in-person time required for key meetings.
