Opportunity As the RTW Production Executive at Dries Van Noten, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our production process. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring high-quality standards, timely deliveries, and the successful realization of each season's collection. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and expertise in production will contribute to the smooth operation of the business and support the creative vision of Dries Van Noten. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of detailed production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Foster strong relationships with manufacturers, ensuring they understand and adhere to Dries Van Noten's quality standards. Collaborate with product development, patterns, and logistics teams to coordinate each stage of the production process. Monitor production timelines and address any potential delays to meet seasonal deadlines. Maintain a rigorous focus on quality control, conducting regular inspections and resolving any issues that arise. Travel to manufacturing sites as needed to oversee the production process and ensure compliance with the brand's high standards. Negotiate with manufacturers to optimize costs while ensuring the highest quality of materials and production. Keep accurate records of production activities, including timelines, inventory, and quality reports. Report regularly on production status to management, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. Support inventory management by monitoring material availability and ensuring stock levels are balanced. 25 % of travel will be required in this role. PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in fashion production, with a strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers in the fashion industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple production activities simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
