Downtown Europe is looking for a new Administration & Event Officer to join our Brussels-based team (hybrid).
This is a dynamic role that sits at the crossroads of internal admin support and hands-on event delivery. You’ll work closely with our management and project teams to keep things running smoothly — from financial follow-up to registration coordination and on-site event logistics.
We work with European institutions, medical & scientific organisations, and international associations on meaningful, high-level events — and we do it well.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone structured, reliable and hands-on to support both our internal operations and on-the-ground event delivery.
👉 3+ years of experience in admin, finance or event support
👉 Fluency in English & French
👉 Someone who’s structured, reliable, and enjoys making things work
👉 Comfortable with digital tools like Odoo, Excel, and Microsoft 365 (bonus if you know monday.com)
👉 A real team player who takes initiative and handles sensitive info with discretion
