HRIS Expert ad interim

Are you passionate about HR technology and eager to shape the future of digital HR at DOMO? We are looking for a driven HRIS (SuccessFactors) Senior Expert to join our global HR team ad interim until February 2026. In this role, you will lead the optimization and expansion of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it supports our strategic HR goals and delivers value across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and drive the long-term HRIS strategy, focusing on digitalization and automation of HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.

Project & Release Management

• Lead and support HRIS projects such as compensation module roll-out, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll integration.
• Evaluate SuccessFactors releases, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend updates to enhance efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management

• Ensure alignment between HR systems and operational processes.
• Translate HR data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Improve system integration and maintain data integrity across platforms.

User Support & Knowledge Management

• Provide expert support on HRIS issues and promote best practices.
• Design and deliver training to upskill HR colleagues and enhance system adoption.

Your Profile:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certified in at least two modules.
• Experience: 5–10 years in HRIS roles, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) and experience in global environments.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
