We are supporting the launch of a new AI Lab within a large organization accelerating its AI & GenAI transformation.

The ambition is clear: Move from experimentation to industrialized, production-grade AI systems deployed across the company. Translate real business cases into implementable technical designs

You must have: 8+ years of experience in solution design, engineering or technical product delivery Hands-on exposure to GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, orchestration) Experience delivering solutions to production Strong cloud knowledge (Azure) Mature, autonomous, solution-driven mindset

We are not looking for: Pure strategy consultants Junior prompt engineers Theoretical AI evangelists We are looking for builders.
