What do you bring?

Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably in complex or operational environments
Strong knowledge and experience in Business Analysis (process modeling, requirements gathering, stakeholder management...)
Prior involvement in tender processes (RFI/RFP)
Knowledge of UML, process modeling, data modeling, Jira, and basic insights into enterprise architecture
Strong ability to create support and consensus among stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Accuracy and analytical thinking
An open mindset in the search for practical and future-proof solutions
Languages: English + Dutch
Onsite policy: 2 days a week onsite, 3 days days remote
