At DigiFist, we design and develop high-quality Shopify themes and digital solutions used by merchants around the world. We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Antwerp (hybrid/remote) and become the trusted partner for our e-commerce clients.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the bridge between our clients (medium to enterprise e-commerce brands) and our internal teams (UX/design, development, marketing). Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing a portfolio of Shopify Plus clients — ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Acting as the lead point of contact for client needs, translating business requirements into technical and design tasks
- Coordinating projects: everything from store builds or replatforming, custom app integrations, migrations, UX/UI changes, to performance marketing briefings
- Upselling & cross-selling additional services (themes, apps, SEO, paid media, etc.)
- Working closely with internal teams (developers, designers, marketing) to ensure delivery of high quality, on schedule and within scope
- Monitoring KPIs: conversion, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, project profitability
- Helping to identify new business opportunities, especially from existing clients
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience
- 2–5 years of account management / client success / project coordination experience in an e-commerce or digital agency environment
- Strong understanding of Shopify store builds, migrations, integrations, apps, and customisations
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing)
- Skills in consultative selling, pipeline management, upselling & cross-selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Antwerp-based (with flexibility for remote/hybrid work)
- Proactive, communicative, customer-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at once
