Brewing & Quality Director

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A Master’s degree as a Bio-engineer, Industrial Engineer, or equivalent experience.

• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (Essential).

• A track record of leading teams successfully, ideally in a brewing, food, or production environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with KPIs, safety standards, and compliance systems (e.g., HACCP).

• Confidence in managing budgets and delivering on quality goals.

• Organised and solutions-focused, able to juggle daily routines while thinking about long-term improvements.
