Regional Sales Manager - Remote H/F

Are you a results-driven technical sales professional with a passion for industrial innovation? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northern Europe to join a highly respected global automation and control technology company. Known for its in-house developed precision products, this company combines decades of engineering excellence with a people-first, innovation-led culture. You’ll be part of a small and agile European team with strong local autonomy and direct access to senior leadership — where your voice and impact matter. Solution Selling – Present and sell precision pressure measurement systems, valves, and controllers into high-tech industries including semiconductors, coatings, automotive, and solar. Full Sales Cycle Ownership – From lead generation to closing, supported by experienced technical and R&D teams. Strategic Growth Initiatives – Shape regional market strategies, with the potential to build your own team as the business scales. Proven experience in technical sales (automation, sensors, process control, or similar industries). Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus. Experience working with clients in industrial or high-tech environments. Join a global company with a century of innovation and in-house engineering expertise. Work closely with senior decision-makers in a lean, empowered European team. Flexible remote working and 30–40% travel.
