Our International Accounting & Corporate Income Tax Services (IACTS)

Team is the recognized Center of Excellence for pan-European statutory accounting compliance and corporate tax work. The team is part of the Global Tax Centre Europe and assists businesses in navigating complex financial and tax challenges across more than 30 countries, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. Our experts provide tailored solutions, to deliver efficient, accurate and strategic financial reporting and taxation support.

Your journey with us

• You will interact with a diverse range of multinational clients, monitoring potential challenges and opportunities relevant to them;
• You will be responsible for preparing conversion of accounts from management GAAP (US GAAP or IFRS) to local GAAP, including the preparation of statutory financial statements, and ensuring timely and compliant filing;
• You will assist clients on delivering centralized and standardized statutory reporting package through the usage of Deloitte specific tools;
• You will act as the primary point of contact for ad hoc local GAAP-specific queries;
• You will coach junior team members and assist project managers with the delivery of accounting and tax services to an international client portfolio.

Let’s talk about you

• You have a Master’s/bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, audit or tax, and have solid experience in accounting;
• You bring a critical and analytical mindset, with US GAAP/IFRS and any European GAAP knowledge adding valuable insights to the team;
• You demonstrate general tax awareness and the ability to assess tax issues while performing statutory accounting work;
• You are client-focused and confident in proposing bold, practical recommendations;
• You have an innate ability to motivate and manage people in a way that brings out the best in your team member;
• You are comfortable working in dynamic, cross-border environments, and can adapt quickly to changing regulatory frameworks;
• Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple countries.
