As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on prospecting and delivering sales against target within a territory focused on the public affairs teams of trade associations, consultancies and corporates. You will sell a mix of our DeHavilland monitoring product and our unique Forefront Advisers product for these prospects, while also collaborating with our content team as we develop wider public affairs analysis tools for the broader market.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development and Outreach
- Work proactively with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and content teams, as well as drive your own activity to prospect the market and qualify opportunities.
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline to ensure consistent coverage against your targets.
Sales Delivery and Account Growth
- Deliver sales revenues against targets and provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and increase overall customer spend.
Market Insight and Collaboration
- Work alongside senior analysts to understand the political landscape and shape compelling outreach campaigns.
- Continuously build knowledge of our services and client priorities to strengthen credibility in sales conversations.
CRM and Commercial Strategy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the broader commercial strategy through consistent performance and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Experience & Attributes

- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within a high-performance team.
- Experience with political monitoring tools is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English.
