Lead and support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
Identify, assess, and report Information Security Risks; define and prioritize mitigation strategies.
Assist in architecting Information Security at Daikin EMEA.
Coordinate and contribute to security-related projects & roadmap, including policy development, awareness campaigns, and incident response processes and practices.
Serve as the primary security liaison for specific business domains or sites, ensuring local compliance with global security policies.
Support internal and external audits, and contribute to certification readiness (e.g., ISO27001).
Actively participate in the development of security governance.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior Information Security Specialists and other stakeholders on security best practices by following latest trends in Information Security.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in information security, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of ISMS frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and geographies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
